Tampa’s Mini Doughnut Factory

Just in time for #NationalDoughnutDay, I’ve got the perfect spot for all your doughnut desires.

Though strip malls may not always hold hidden gems, there is a particular unassuming section which holds a relatively new tenant.

Open since late last year, the buzz around the Mini Doughnut Factory has not dimmed for good reason.

Bite sized little pieces of sweet goodness.

Because some things are really better in bite size. I firmly believe that doughnuts are one of those things.

All made with an old-school doughnut maker (also used to make my very favorite hot cider doughnuts up north), these soft cake doughnuts are made fresh every day.

Made and decorated to order each day by a small army of staff.

Bring these with you to your next early morning meeting, party, dinner or special event. Just be sure to go early, as the lines get long fast.

Find them at 2109 S Dale Mabry Hwy in Tampa.

And have a doughnut (or two) for me.
